Heather and Mark filed for Bankruptcy again in 2011, just 6 years after the first filing in 2005. In that time period however, they did not change their spending. In fact, Heather took out $25,000 MORE in student loans (page 13). Then in 2007, they bought a new 2007 Dodge Durango. On the Schedule B – Personal Property (page 18) Heather lists $1,800 worth of firearms “required by law”. But the firearms she uses for work are provide by and owned by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.
